At R'morra Fashion Factory, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your Order ID.
Cancellation Request
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us through our customer support channels immediately after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the processing stage.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing an order.
If an incorrect address or phone number results in delivery failure after dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled. Any reshipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
Right to Cancel by Rmorra Fashion Factory
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable.
- Pricing or product information error.
- Payment could not be verified.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
- Delivery is not serviceable in the provided location.
In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
