Refund &Exchange Policy

At R'Morra Fashion Factory every product is carefully inspected, quality-checked, and packed with the utmost care before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Exchanges:-

Exchanges are available within 7 days from the date of delivery of items.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be free from stains, perfumes, or any signs of wear.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Shipping Policy:-

Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
